PDFHorse is a promotional service: a genuinely useful tool and a showcase of how iCt Horse builds working software. It demonstrates, in practice, what we mean by Quality Vibe Coding and AAD — Augmented Application Development.

Quality Vibe Coding

"Vibe coding" means building in flow, with AI as a copilot — fast from idea to working result. We deliberately add the word quality: at iCt Horse vibe coding does not mean "fast but sloppy", but speed with craftsmanship. Every change comes with version control, automated tests, documentation, security hardening (e.g. SRI) and privacy by design.

AAD — Augmented Application Development

AAD is our way of building in which the developer is augmented by AI: from idea, architecture and code to tests, deployment and documentation. This lets us deliver a complete, maintainable application in short iterations. PDFHorse was created exactly this way — and is still being extended like this, feature by feature, each with its own version and codename.

Privacy & openness

No account, no tracking of file content. Merge, split, fill and sign run entirely in your browser — no upload. Only OCR and conversion use a server; uploads are deleted immediately after processing. Open source (AGPL-3.0) — view the code on GitHub.
